What to expect:
-The initial consultation is conducted through email. (Why email? Writing will allow both of us to think deeply as we type. It’s perfect for already over-scheduled creatives – no fixed appointment, just know that you have two weeks to work with me in this stage, but you can respond when you have a bit of quiet time.)
-I will automatically be notified of your payment via my pay page.
-Within 24 business hours, I will email greetings and a short questionnaire to help determine your immediate needs.
-The initial consultation period is two weeks, you are welcome to email any additional questions and/or concerns that arise from our communications.
-During the two weeks, I will be available for any creative support, consultation and motivation you may need.
-At the end of the two weeks, I will check in to see how you are doing. At this time you can choose whether you would like to continue with coaching.
After you have completed the initial consultation period, you may decide you would like additional support but want to pay as you go.
Wonderful…click below and choose the pay-as-you-go option on my pay page. I will respond within 24 business hours.
We’ll have two weeks to address your issue(s), questions and concerns. You are always welcome to let me know how things are going.
At the end of the two weeks, I will check in to see how you are doing. You can let me know then if you plan to continue.
Phone sessions are an option at this point. We’ll decide together if it would better suit your needs. I will provide an email summary of any phone discussions for your follow-up.
You have completed the initial consultation, and feel like you would benefit from ongoing or longer-term support.
Awesome! Click below and choose which package you would like. Again, I will respond via email within 24 business hours.
This package is more flexible. Email, phone, skype or facetime are each a possibility. We’ll decide together which will suit your needs. I will provide an email summary of any phone or skype/facetime sessions.
We will schedule 2 days a month to discuss whatever issues you feel are affecting your art practice and to discuss your progress.
You are welcome to email me anytime during that month with further questions, concerns and successes. And, of course, you can always let me know how it’s going!
Deb has been a committed advocate for the arts and artist mentor for many years in southwest Minnesota. I am personally grateful for her genuine investment and support in my creative process, whether it’s helping me set up for an exhibit, sharing art opportunities, or simply reading my work.
Deb has been a blessing and treasure to many emerging artists, supporting their process, encouraging their growth, and helping them show their work. Becoming a creativity coach is a natural fit for Deb, any artist would be lucky to benefit from their time with her as a coach.

The main thing that came out of the coaching for me was a re-appraisal of my working practices, resulting in a series of smaller paintings that will eventually accompany my installation art. Deb’s fresh creative point of view basically inspired me to see what I was doing from another vantage point. This has set me off on a course which has been very exciting!

I am an author, poet, fine artist, and entrepreneur. Trying to imagine a website that could encompass all of these things was a bit of a project. From the very beginning, Deb had a solid understanding of who I am and how that might be translated through a website. She had a few templates in mind, and that really helped me to narrow down what I wanted.
Her capacity to work with all this information and imagery was simply amazing! In addition, I loved working with her! This type of project can become rather tedious in details, and I always felt that her end goal was for me to be happy with the process and the end product. She never waned in her enthusiasm for my work.
Deb’s ability to seamlessly combine art and technology stems from the fact that she is also an artist and a creativity coach. As an artist, she understood how an artist website needs to function and the importance of visual aesthetics. She was able to convey these points to me, offer choices and make suggestions. As a creativity coach, she was self-less and mindfully engaging in order to understand my needs, represent my personal aesthetics, and reflect my creative process.
Thanks to Deb, I now have a website that I am thrilled about! It exceeds anything that I could’ve ever imagined.
Look no farther! You might have to take a number, but she’s worth the wait.
